Swayosoo Nigeria Limited, the creators of CEven (“CEven”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of all users of the CEven platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data obtained through our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
The CEven App is a technology platform that connects parents and guardians with independent daycare centres, creches, and childcare providers. The Platform enables users to discover childcare services, communicate with providers, and access relevant information about childcare services.

- Parents and guardians using the platform
- Creche and daycare providers listed on the platform
- Visitors to the website or mobile application
- Individuals who interact with CEven through customer service, events, or digital and nondigital channels.
Scope of the Privacy Policy
This policy applies to all of CEven App’s activities that involve handling personal data, including our website and all related websites and apps (collectively, the "Website") and services (collectively, the "Services"). It also covers all communications with CEven App, onboarding and verification of childcare providers and interactions between parents and service providers facilitated through the platform including offline interactions with us.
By using our Services on any device (desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc.), you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is issued in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and other applicable data protection regulations.

Phone number, email address, residential or business address, and emergency contact details.
c. Account Opening Information

Parents may voluntarily provide information about their child such as child's name, age group, photo, childcare needs, feeding preferences, and emergency contacts.
e. Health Information
We may collect health and feeding information of your child/wards to ensure safe care. We do not collect sensitive personal data like sexual orientation, political opinions, or criminal records.
f. Billing Information
Where applicable, we may collect information relating to platform usage fees, such as payment confirmation or billing details.
B. Business Information (For Creches and Providers)
During onboarding and verification, we may collect relevant information for KYC processes such as business registration details, operating licence information, facility location, staff verification information, compliance documentation, and payment details.
C. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the platform, we may automatically collect certain technical data, including: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, mobile network information, usage activity on the platform, session activity, and timestamps to maintain security and improve platform performance.

Only CEven, its affiliates, and third-party service providers involved in providing the Services will have access to your personal information.
CEven App processes personal data for creating and managing user accounts, enabling parents to connect with childcare providers, KYC verification, safety monitoring, customer support, service-related notifications, and legal compliance.
How We Share Personal Data
We may share personal data only where necessary and lawful. This includes sharing with authorized parties to fulfil contractual obligations, in response to legitimate legal requests, with affiliated companies and cloud infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality, and for everyday operational protection.
We do not share your personal information with other companies for marketing purposes without your consent, and we do not allow third parties to use your information to send you marketing messages.

Because the platform connects families with childcare services, trust and safety are critical components of the platform’s operation. The CEven platform is primarily intended for adult users such as parents, guardians, and childcare providers. Personal data relating to children may be processed only where it is provided by a parent or guardian for the purpose of accessing and monitoring childcare services.
